Refund policy

We aim to provide high-quality products for you and your pets. If you need to return an item, please review the following:

1. Return Window

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase is required.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened food/treats or supplements (unless defective or expired on arrival)

Used items, bedding, or grooming tools

Personalized/custom products

Clearance or “Final Sale” items

4. Return Costs & Fees

For all returns except defective or incorrect items, customers pay return shipping.

A 70 EGP processing fee will be deducted from refunds.

Oversized/heavy items (over 10 kg) may incur extra return charges.

If the original order shipped for free, the actual outbound shipping cost will also be deducted.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost.

6. Refunds

Processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and approving your return.

All applicable fees will be clearly itemized.
